Flights to Roatan, are available from several major cities in the United States, with most connecting through Miami or Houston. Atlanta, Houston, Toronto, Miami and El Salvador also offer direct flights with regular domestic flights from Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba on mainland Honduras.

Roatan Ferry Service:
The Galaxy Wave is a twice-a-day ferry service to the island from La Ceiba. The ferry terminal on Roatan is located in Brick Bay (a 30-minute drive to Vista Verde Roatan).
Ferry departure times:
La Ceiba – Roatan 9:30am and 4:30pm
Roatan- La Ceiba 7:00am and 2:00pm

All non-Hondurans must have a passport with an expiration date of more than 6 months from the date of arrival.
All travelers entering or exiting Honduras must complete the online customs in advance. This will generate a QR code which you will need to pass through customs.
